Welcome to Neo Dental. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide as a facilitator connecting patients with dental clinics in Albania. Please read them carefully before using our site or submitting any personal information.

1. About Neo Dental

Neo Dental is not a dental clinic, nor do we perform any medical or dental procedures. We act as an informational and coordination platform. Our role is to:

• Provide free preliminary assessments based on patient‑submitted information.
• Arrange video consultations with partner dentists.
• Assist with travel coordination, including flight contribution (where applicable), airport transfers, and hotel recommendations.
• Connect you with independent, certified partner clinics in Albania for actual dental treatment.

2. No Medical Advice

All content on this website – including text, graphics, price estimates, and treatment descriptions – is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Any treatment decision must be made in consultation with a qualified dentist after a thorough clinical examination. You should never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on our site.

3. Third‑Party Clinics

Our partner clinics are independently owned and operated. Neo Dental does not employ any dentist or medical professional. We carefully vet clinics for quality and European standards, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, nor are we liable for the dental work, materials, or services provided by any third‑party clinic. All treatment contracts, payment agreements, and warranties are solely between you and the chosen clinic.

4. Treatment Plans & Estimates

All price estimates, package descriptions, and treatment plans provided by Neo Dental are indicative and based on preliminary information (photos, medical questionnaires, or radiographs if available). Final diagnosis, exact treatment protocol, and total cost can only be confirmed after an in‑person clinical examination (including CT scan if necessary) at the partner clinic. You will receive a written treatment plan from the clinic before any financial commitment is required.

5. Flight Support & Travel Arrangements

Flight support (up to €200 within Europe) is offered as a discretionary contribution for eligible treatment packages. The contribution is deducted from your final treatment invoice or reimbursed according to the clinic’s policy. Neo Dental does not book flights or hotels; we provide recommendations and assistance. All travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements remain your sole responsibility.

6. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our contact forms or consultation requests. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your medical history or personal details. Minors (under 18) may not use our services without parental or guardian consent.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal data (name, email, phone, medical information you share) solely to facilitate consultations and travel coordination. Your data is stored securely, shared only with the partner clinic you select (with your explicit consent), and not sold to third parties. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neo Dental disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on this website. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website.
• Any treatment performed by a third‑party clinic.
• Travel disruptions, delays, or medical complications.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your information, unless caused by our gross negligence.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Neo Dental, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your interaction with any third‑party clinic.

All content on this website – including text, logos, graphics, and tooth icon SVG – is the property of Neo Dental or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via a website banner or email where possible.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Albania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Neo Dental shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tirana, Albania.
